Hoyt co-publishes article on gender-based biases in leadership evaluations

Crystal Hoyt, professor of leadership studies and psychology, and colleagues Jeni Burnette, Eve Ridenhour, and Julia Griffin co-published the article "Challenging the Gender Status Quo: How Low Gender System Justification Predicts Pro‐Women Leadership Bias" in the Journal of Organizational Behavior. The article offers a new perspective on gender-based biases in leadership evaluations by examining individual differences in beliefs about the gender status quo.
