Rissler organizes, participates in panel at public administration conference

Grant Rissler, assistant professor of organizational studies, served as discussant for a panel titled Peace and Public Administration: Using Overlapping Insights to Inform Praxis at the virtual 2025 annual meeting of the Public Administration Theory Network (PATNet).

Rissler helped organize the panel as part of the development of a special issue he’s co-editing with Dr. Patricia Shields on “Peacebuilding and Public Administration” in the journal Administrative Theory & Praxis. The panel included participants from Texas State University, Cankiri Karatekin University in Turkey and an independent peacekeeping researcher from Sao Paolo, Brazil.
