Torrence named to LMR Leadership Quest class of 2027

Joe Torrence, SPCS director of community engagement and external relations, has been named to the Leadership Metro Richmond (LMR) Leadership Quest class of 2027. Leadership Quest is LMR’s flagship program that equips members to grow into engaged community leaders committed to sustainable change.

This ten-month experience blends formal community leadership development, access to high-impact decision-makers, and valuable networking opportunities — equipping participants with the tools to drive lasting change in the greater Richmond region.

Torrence joins other SPCS staff who have completed the Leadership Quest program, including Laura Fitrer, class of 2026, Tom Parfitt, class of 2024, and Jamelle Wilson, class of 2008.
