Validate your dependents before Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment will be here before you know it! We recommend checking your dependent’s information now to save yourself time during the process. To check your dependent’s information:

Log into Workday.

Select the navigation menu at the top left corner of the toolbar.

Under “Personal”, select “Benefits and Pay.”

Select “Benefits” from the navigation menu on the left side, and then choose “Dependents.”
From here, you can double-check your dependent’s eligibility, upload documents, and add an unverified dependent before Open Enrollment. When you’re uploading documents, you’ll have to be on campus wi-fi or using the AnyConnect VPN in order to submit.
