MotivateMe ends on Dec. 31

MotivateMe, UR’s Incentive program for full-time employees through Cigna, will end on Dec. 31 and transition to Anthem’s Smart Rewards on Jan. 1, 2026. Full-time employees will have 90 days after Dec. 31 to claim any outstanding gift cards.
