The Community Dialogue Network (CDN) is now accepting applications for its Spring 2026 professional development series. CDN strengthens our campus community by preparing students, staff, and faculty to lead inclusive dialogues that foster understanding, meaningful engagement, and belonging across differences.
Through interactive training, participants build skills in group facilitation, dialogue design, and navigating high-stakes or polarizing conversations with intention, empathy, and care. Graduates join a vibrant network of facilitators who serve as campus resources for dialogue and engagement opportunities.
Sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Feb. 13, 20, and 27 and March 6, 13, and 27.
