July marks the beginning of the 2026–2027 performance cycle, and the first step in the performance management process is identifying and setting goals for the year. Employees and managers are encouraged to begin discussing individual and unit priorities for the upcoming year and to identify specific goals.
The Goal Setting Review task will be available in Workday for full-time and part-time regular employees beginning on Tuesday, July 7 and should be fully completed by Friday, August 14.
