Register now for Thriving in the Next Chapter: A Cohort for Senior Teaching and Tenured Faculty
This cohort creates a space for senior teaching and tenured faculty to reflect on meaningful goals, renewed purpose, and the next phase of their professional lives.
While the program will support faculty members who are contemplating promotion to full professor, its larger goal is to encourage faculty thriving in mid-career, whatever that might look like for each participant. Participants should have 6–10 years’ experience at UR, but anyone who believes this experience could be valuable is welcome to apply.
The cohort will meet 4 times over the course of the semester for 75 minutes. Participants will also have an opportunity to take part in a one-on-one consultation with program facilitators. Participants are expected to attend all four meetings and to complete short homework assignments in between sessions.
Please sign up by Sept. 24.
