Wilkins serves on the Native American Cultural Celebration History Panel

David Wilkins, professor of leadership studies, served on the 2025 Native American Cultural Celebration History Panel on Nov. 12 at the University of Mary Washington. Panelists discussed the topic "Diplomacy and Displacement: The Monroe Doctrine and Indigenous Cultures."
