Peart publishes study on Canada's public spending versus private donations to charities

Sandra Peart, dean of the Jepson School of Leadership Studies and E. Claiborne Robins Distinguished Professor in Leadership Studies, published "Whose Job Is It to Care for the Poor? Public Support, Private Charity, and Crowding Out in Canada Since 1960" a study for the Fraser Institute. Peart, a Fraser Institute senior fellow, explores whether Canada's increased public spending has "crowded out" private donations to charitable organizations.
