Huge thanks to Erica Jackson, Dwayne Smith, Bryan Moyer, Lindsey Monacell, and Val Caminiti for their invaluable support during a time of transition in grad programs staff. We were in our busiest recruitment and enrollment stage and needed help from A–Z. Despite dealing with their own tasks and full plates, they graciously helped every step of the way — both teaching me what to do and jumping in and doing it for me as I was traveling or otherwise unavailable. I took them to d-hall for lunch, and I mean d-hall is GREAT, but I feel like I owe them 1,000 lunches for all their help! I could not have gotten through the month of May without them! Thank you!

When our campus lost power in multiple buildings during the final week of classes, Dwayne [Registrar’s Office] made well over 100 classroom changes, finding alternate functional spaces so that classes could resume as quickly as possible. He really put in a lot of time and effort to accomplish this within a tight time frame. Shout out to the registrar’s office management team! They responded to my panicked text at 6:45 a.m. on Monday morning. I had a critical technical issue and was not going to be able to start the waitlist at 7 a.m., so they jumped in and started the waitlist for our students. I am beyond grateful to work in an office where we are genuinely a team — in the truest, most wonderful sense of the word.
