The University of Richmond recently received the 2025 Excellence in Mental Health and Well-Being Award from Insight Into Academia magazine, which recognizes colleges and universities that demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering a culture of mental wellness and well-being for students, faculty, and staff.

The unveiling of its new sign marks the official renaming of the Office of International Education to the Center for Global Engagement. The new name better reflects the office’s mission and broad range of global engagements and relationships.
