Human Resources and Health Promotion strive to provide collaborative programs and services to promote the eight dimensions of well-being that will have a positive impact on the health and well-being of employees, their dependents, and the University. This month, we invite you to focus on the physical dimension, defined as “caring for your body to stay healthy now and in the future.” The University has many opportunities to enhance the physical dimensions as part of our URWell Employee initiative.
